What the calendar shows
Open Calendar to see Lease starts, Lease ends, Move out, Rent due, Payment due, Payment received, Maintenance due, Maintenance scheduled and Appliance and equipment service, plus your own events. Maintenance staff and vendors don't see rent and payment events.
Views and filters
On the web, switch between Month, Week and Day, and choose Today to jump back. Filter by property and unit. Use Show to pick Everything, Leases, Rent and payments, Maintenance, Appliances & Equipment or Events.
Add an event
Owners, co-owners, property managers, maintenance staff and accountants can choose Add event. Enter a Title, choose All day or set a start and end with a time zone, and choose the whole account, a property or a unit. Add Notes if you like, then choose Save event. Tenants and vendors can view the calendar but can't add events.
Calendar settings
Open Settings, then Calendar, to choose your time zone and the day your week starts on, Sunday or Monday.
