What the figures mean
Net cash flow is income less expenses, shown with Income and Expenses. Processing income and Processing expenses show amounts due in the period that are unpaid or still clearing to the bank. Processing expenses include loan payments. Capital Improvements are reported separately from Expenses and Net cash flow. You'll also see Real Estate Value, Loans and Unmapped Transactions. Unmapped Transactions links to your bank feed so you can reconcile it.
Ledgers and transactions
Open Income, Expenses, Processing, Capital Improvements or All Mapped Transactions to see the records behind each figure. You can filter by report, type and status, or search. A record can be Upcoming, Pending, Partially Paid, Paid or Overdue.
Export to Excel
Choose Export XLSX on Reports to download the report as an .xlsx file. On All Mapped Transactions, choose Export Income & Expenses (XLSX) or Export Pending (XLSX).
Occupancy Report
Under Accounts, open Occupancy Report to see your occupancy rate, your properties and your vacant units. Each unit shows its status, beds and baths, tenant, the date it's occupied until and its rental rate. Choose Export XLSX to download it.
Loans and property values
Under Accounts, open Loans or Real Estate Value to review the loans and property values behind those figures. Accounts also links to your bank feed and Record Payment. Owners also see Banks & Cards and Payouts there.
