Open Maintenance and choose the option to create a request. Select the property and, if relevant, the unit. Add a clear title, describe the problem, and choose a priority. Check the details before submitting. Available actions depend on your role and property access.
Follow the work
Open a request to view its details, comments, and activity. Use the available actions to update the request. Updates in the activity timeline help everyone understand what changed.
