Verification codes
When prompted, enter the latest verification code sent to your email. If a code expires, get a new one: on the mobile app, tap Resend when the countdown ends; on the web, choose Back to sign in and sign in again. Do not share your password or verification code with anyone, including in a chat.
Security settings
Review available security and password options in Settings. Some accounts, including platform administrators, require verification and cannot turn it off. After a password change, you may need to sign in again.
Shared devices
Sign out when you finish on a shared device. If you suspect someone else has access, change your password and contact support. Changing the selected portfolio does not sign you out.
