What KeyRing AI can help with
Ask KeyRing AI about your rent, leases, tenants, finances, security deposits, calendar, maintenance, equipment, vendors and documents. It answers from your own KeyRing records, limited to what your role can see, and says which records an answer came from. It also explains how KeyRing features work and links the Help Center guide it used, and it can search public sources for general real estate topics, nationwide or for the state your property is in.
Review cards
Owners, co-owners and property managers can ask KeyRing AI to prepare a change: a maintenance request or update, an income or expense record, a calendar event, a maintenance schedule, a security deposit entry, a new property from a purchase document, or bank feed mappings. Each change appears as a card in the chat. Check the card, then press Confirm to save it or Cancel to drop it. When there are several cards, Confirm all saves the set. Nothing is saved until you press Confirm, and typing "yes" in the chat leaves the card as it is.
What stays with you
KeyRing AI never moves money, charges or pays anyone, sends messages or deletes records. Decisions about people stay with you: approving or rejecting an applicant, ending a lease or starting an eviction. A licensed attorney or your local housing authority can advise on them. KeyRing has no in-app messaging with tenants or vendors, so KeyRing AI can write the words for you to send yourself.
Limits
Each person has a daily message limit that resets at midnight, and each conversation has a message limit. KeyRing AI tells you when you reach either one; start a new chat to keep going after a conversation limit. Answers come from an automated assistant and are not reviewed by people, so check important figures against your records. For emergencies, contact emergency services or your emergency maintenance contact directly.
Your data and privacy
KeyRing AI reads only the records your role can see, and your account's permissions decide that, including whether you see finances. Names, addresses and other account details are never sent to web search; it searches only with a general public question. The AI activity page lists the steps KeyRing AI took and the changes saved through it. Conversations that have been inactive for six months are deleted.
Name your assistant
You can give KeyRing AI a name of your own: ask it in the chat, or change it in Settings. The name changes only what the assistant is called.
